The manufacturer's conventional warranty applies to all products sold, while the 24-month warranty for conformity defects applies to all products sold according to the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2002.

The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided according to the methods illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging.

To enforce the warranty, it will be sufficient to present the purchase invoice of the product received together with the goods.

The customer may, at their choice, ask the seller to repair the item or replace it, with no charge in both cases, unless the requested remedy is impossible or imposes disproportionate costs on the seller.

Furthermore, for completeness and also to explain to the consumer customer the various configurations in case it is necessary to resort to the rules on legal warranty, you could indicate:

The consumer customer is entitled to a proportional reduction of the price or to the resolution of the sales contract, according to what is provided for by art. 135 bis, paragraph 4, Consumer Code and, in particular, if: the seller has not carried out the repair or replacement within the terms and conditions provided by the Consumer Code, or has refused to make the goods conforming; if the non-conformity defect is so serious as to justify the immediate reduction of the price or the resolution of the contract; if a non-conformity defect occurs despite the seller's attempt to restore the conformity of the goods; if the seller has declared (or this is clearly evident from the circumstances) that they will not proceed to restore the conformity of the goods within a reasonable period or without inconvenience. The warranty on electronic products (batteries, stators, regulators, etc.) is subject to approval, as Speedmania will have to verify jointly with the manufacturer that the malfunction depends on a defect in the product and not on incorrect use / other causes not dependent on the article. In case Speedmania cannot activate the warranty, the customer will have the option to request a check at the manufacturer's headquarters, but in this case, all resulting costs will be borne by the customer.

In fact, for electrical components, any defects that occur immediately after installation may be caused by malfunctioning components of the vehicle that transmit high-voltage discharges.

The consumer customer is not entitled to resolve the contract if the non-conformity defect is only of minor entity.
