Sale Agreement
As sale agreement we intend the purchase of goods from a client consumer and the supplier SPEEDMANIA with address Via Anna Maria Enriques Agnoletti 4/E, 42124 Reggio Emilia ITALY.
The agreement of sale is concluded by using only internet technology in web address www.speedmania.it or by fax 0039-522-793007, e-mail at commerciale@speedmania.it or by sellerAll products marketed enjoy the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code which covers any lack of conformity of the items purchased, existing at the time of delivery and which occur within 2 years of delivery. Any defects or damage caused by accidental events or by the Customer's responsibility for use of the products not compliant with their intended use, or effect of normal wear and tear, are excluded from lack of conformity and, therefore, from the legal guarantee
To benefit from this guarantee, the customer must report the lack of conformity with a communication addressed to the seller indicating the defects and faults found.
Buyer Commitments
The client, with the telematic confirmation of order, declare to have seen and accepted totally the sale’s conditions and conditions of payment indicated in the purchase order and in this agreement.
the client agrees to read, print and keep sale’s conditions as follows, as for Dlgs206/2005 articles n.49.
It is forbidden to enter fake personal details in fulfilling the order
It is forbidden to insert data of third parties or making more registrations for a sole customer.
SPEEDMANIA reserves the right to follow legal actions to these kinds of behaviours or any other fraudulent action or Speedmania’s damages or damages to other customersOrder Acceptance
SPEEDMANIA reserves the right to approve the order only after having checked the accuracy of fulfillment (even if the system automatically sends an e-mail confirmation).
In case Speedmania does not accept the order (for example for missing datas, information required, ….) Speedmania will inform immediately the client.
Orders will be processed as availability of the moment.
Speedmania follows back-orders; ordered articles in back-orders will be ALWAYS delivered to customers as soon as they are available in stock, with the next order or singly.
The customer could ask in any case to delete back-orders by fax or e-mail or simply indicate the words “annullare inevasi precedenti” on sending the next order.Sale's Prices Vat Included

Our sale’s prices can change every time depending on new agreements with our suppliers, promotionals or singles increases / decreases of price of an article.
